[:en]Hasanuddin University enforces Work From Home (WFH) or work from home, starting from 12 – 23 January 2021. This policy is contained in the Unhas Chancellor’s Circular Number 1413 / UN4.1 / KP.00.04 / 2021 concerning Adjustments to the Work System of Lecturers and Education Personnel in the Context of Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19 in the Hasanuddin University Environment.
This circular, signed on Monday (11/01), states that the work statement at the office was taken considering the development of the spread of Covid-19 in Makassar, and especially in the Unhas environment. This work system policy is to prevent the spread of Covid-19 for lecturers and education staff.
The implementation of working from home for lecturers and education staff is enforced by still paying attention to productivity and performance. Thus, if there is a part of work that can only be added from the office or campus, lecturers and education staff must pay attention to health protocols and protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Work unit leaders to monitor the performance and productivity of lecturers and education staff in their respective units.
Another thing that is regulated in this Circular Letter is to facilitate services for lecturers, education personnel, and students who are indicated to be experiencing symptoms of Covid-19. The Unhas Covid-19 Task Force provides call center services at the telephone number 0852-9455-5540.
The circular also came back to the closure of public facilities and sports facilities in the Unhas environment during the working period from home. This policy will be reviewed, along with the development of Covid-19 in Makassar City, especially in the Unhas scope. (* / Ir)
(Cegah Sebaran Covid-19: Unhas Terapkan Bekerja dari Rumah dan Buka Call Center untuk Sivitas Akademik – Universitas Hasanuddin)[:in]Universitas Hasanuddin memberlakukan Work From Home (WFH) atau bekerja dari rumah, mulai tanggal 12 s.d. 23 Januari 2021. Kebijakan ini tertuang pada Surat Edaran Rektor Unhas Nomor 1413/UN4.1/KP.00.04/2021 tentang Penyesuaian Sistem Kerja Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan dalam Rangka Upaya Pencegahan Penyebaran Covid-19 di Lingkungan Universitas Hasanuddin.
Surat Edaran yang ditandatangani pada Senin (11/01) ini menyebutkan bahwa pembatasan kerja di kantor diambil mengingat situasi perkembangan penyebaran Covid-19 di Makassar, dan khususnya di lingkungan Unhas. Kebijakan penyesuaian sistem kerja ini dimaksudkan untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 bagi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan.
Pelaksanaan bekerja dari rumah bagi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan diberlakukan dengan tetap memperhatikan produktivitas dan kinerja. Dengan demikian, jika ada bagian dari pekerjaan yang hanya dapat diselesaikan dari kantor atau kampus, maka dosen dan tenaga kependidikan harus memperhatikan protokol kesehatan dan protokol pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19.
Pimpinan unit kerja diminta untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap kinerja dan produktivitas dosen dan tenaga kependidikan pada unit masing-masing.
Hal lain yang diatur dalam Surat Edaran ini fasilitasi layanan bagi dosen, tenaga pendidikan, dan mahasiswa yang terindikasi mengalami gejala Covid-19. Satgas Covid-19 Unhas menyediakan layanan call center pada nomor telepon 0852-9455-5540.
Surat Edaran juga menegaskan kembali penutupan fasilitas publik dan sarana olah raga di lingkup Unhas selama masa bekerja dari rumah.
